He's been a Dem legie in WI since the 70's. But last year he was the one member of the Fab 14 hiding out in Illinois who continually threatened to go back to the capitol and give the pukes their quorum to pass their budget loaded up with all that crap legislation including the union busting bill.

Got his ass kissed the whole time they were in Illinois just to keep him there. Guess he got used to it.
