8. I think suing is the right thing to do - Penn State has gotten rich off their football program

What I think is wrong is totally shutting down the program altogether. They have removed the coaches & personal that have caused this travesty and they have punished the program by removing the wins along with banning them from bowl games. But I think the program has a right to exist as long as it's a new coaches rebuilding it and learning from the mistakes of the last one.

I've read alot about Bill O'Brien, who is the new coach at Penn State. He wants to stick around to rebuild even though he won't be able to go to a bowl game for 5 years. One thing about PSU is that they graduate players who actually get an education, so I draw the line at shutting down the football program.
