I've been a manager, director and trustee of several organizations. There is no way you can use a future bequest as collateral for anything, will change, money could be lost, etc. Someone used Mrs not dead yet., and she is correct about the future. We wish we could use their money, but until that person dies or changes their wishes, its not even an accounting entry.
