2. It's an annual DoD requirement for Anti-espionage/Classified Info training

The intent is to avoid the Aldridge Ames type of thing as well as avoiding confirming classified operations, "can neither confirm nor deny".

Anyone with more than a couple of years in service has been trained on what's not allowable. Also let whistle-blowers know who to contact within their agency to protect their rights.
