This is such an incredibly stupid move. Do people have any idea what will happen if Gillespie wins?? It's not just that he'll trash VA, which he will, but it would empower Trump. It also would convince Congressional Republicans that they may not be risking their seats by supporting the racist, sexist, anti-Semitic worldview of Trump world.
