Nations, particularly Autocracies, do not admit culpability in genocides unless forced by a treaty of surrender. The Junta are still in control of Burma, not Suu Kyi.

Turkey won't admit to the Armenian Genocide a 100 years later.

The UN is again exposed as toothless. The only time I can remember them accomplishing an end to genocide is in Kosovo.
