(14,570 posts)10. No, it was in America. This Terra Cotta soldier was on loan
to Philadelphia's Franklin Institute. He was a member of a private party who got to go in and see it.
I mean, what a douche. Here this warrior statue is thousands of years old, and the Chinese government was good enough to allow us to display it for a time here, and this idiot goes in there and...breaks off its thumb.
You know, I wish we could send the guy to China to face charges. He's darned lucky it was here, I'll tell you that.
