6. I'd say coincidence but given the rate of failures of the repugs/dumps, coincidences abound.
Every day, every hour there's something new that boggles a mind that expects rationality and repeatibility- a scientific approach to cause and effect.
With the random spewings that come from the WH I think the predictability is almost in how unpredictable it is. There's a phrase in experimentation/statistics for this. If you're interested in why several things may happen at the same time, I highly recommend David Hand's "The Improbability Principle: Why Coincidences, Miracles, and Rare Events Happen Every Day" While this is a good description of probability, it doesn't explain how we ended up with so many cretins in our government.
