3. Not a shock to me at all

I saw nothing but nepotism from both sides when I was a temp hoping to hire in to a Chrysler plant in my hometown. I had perfect attendance, worked a ton of overtime, and did anything that was asked. Yet, I saw several other temps who didn't even work 40-hour weeks become permanent employees because of their last names. To this day, I wouldn't buy a Chrysler if it was the only car on the market, and I wish them all the worst.
