Um, this sounds a whole lot like a criminal Civil Rights violation and I believe there are several State and Federal laws that may have been violated. The term is something like "violation of civil rights under the color of authority". If there are actually emails with people in LEO or the prosecutors office discussing "trying" or "finding a way" to arrest/charge Daniels prior to the show, they are in deed, deep shit.
