7. What the hell was he pulling someone over for expired tabs in that numbing cold for, anyway?

All over Michigan, people are stepping up to help each other, my friends and family are turning down their thermostats, businesses are letting their employees stay home, and THIS happens?

Sadly, it's probably partly of an outcome of Detroit not having the resources (not unique to Detroit) for hiring good cops, or even enough cops.
