10. Wall Money Funding - Fiscal Conservatism.

What if we propose money to fund Trump's wall with a new tax on the wealthier people to pay for it. We are being conservative like they supposingly claim to be by not increasing the deficit. Ask them where they plan to get the money for this without increasing the deficit like they use to do when Obama was president.
