The American companies have raised their prices about 25% which means that their steel is almost as expensive as foreign steel. Too much to write. Read Ed Zarenski who teaches construction estimates at Worcester Polytechnic Institute MA. 1,000 miles = 11 years and 10,000 workers. That's a lot of work visas for Mexicans.
