Dems just don't have the numbers, they have plenty of reasons but not the votes. They can try & tie up the House doing it which is something repugs would gladly do to a Dem pres & I wouldn't mind if Dems did this, giving the fascists daily hell. There is wrist slapping options like censures & “sense of Congress” resolutions but I'm unsure they could even pull that off now.
