5. Cuba is making strides to improve itself and Tiny shits on them again

Cuba recently voted to pass a new constitution which is a major shift in that it recognizes that anyone accused of a crime is innocent until proven guilty, added term limits for the president (by the way, there's no Castro in Cuban government anymore), and they are working to bring in foreign investment. Right now would be a great opportunity for the US to enhance our ties with Cuba, but Tiny, in his usual shortsightedness will have none of it (probably driven by the fact that he didn't get to build a resort in Cuba).
