Years ago when I was going through a divorce from a nasty narcissist like Trump, in one of his first emails to me regarding the splitting of household goods he used the word "bullshit" and my attorney said to me, "Oh, boy. That email is going to follow him through every court process and the judge is not going to like it." She said typically most judges frown on using profanity in a court process. At the time, I really hadn't known that and quite frankly, didn't think it would sway the judge on anything, but I found out that both judges I had through the rather lengthy ordeal showed outward disdain for his behavior. I was pleasantly surprised. I know that's probably not true of all judges, but the two we have had were both women, so maybe that had something to do with it.
