Those who smirk and laugh as though I'm an idiot when I ask if they need one for their purchase are going to be terribly inconvenienced, as are those who say, "double bag all those 2 litre plastic Mountain Dew bottles", or "I'm not going to just carry them out - somebody might think I'm stealing them."
