79. The SF nonprofits you're citing don't cover the needs of SF's homeless, let alone all of CA.

I do live here, meaning California. Where do you live? Have you ever been to 5th Street in downtown LA? Dialing 311 does not get you a place to live, nor a doctor, nor food for your pet. If it did, we wouldn't have homeless people in CA.

Why are you saying this blatantly incorrect stuff? Why are you implying people are homeless by choice? Do you think people want to suffer, that they want to live on the streets?
