Yes, these things "can happen anyplace," but the fact that they have been a problem at the Doral for years tells you that the "management" is NOT invested or interested in doing anything about the problem.

Bedbugs CAN absolutely be eliminated, but the Doral has been infested (and NOT just with bedbugs) for a very long time. Far too long for them to be so cavalier about it.
