Will he seek to limit their websites reporting OUTSIDE of Russia if he thinks they are foreign agents inside Russia and attempting to harm it?

"The new norms allow the Russian government to block websites of foreign agents or legal entities established by them in case the information published by foreign media outlets violates Russian regulations," Russian state media site TASS explains.

Does that mean they will hack website and reporting of PBS, or NBC, etc., if they think it harms Russia? I won't be surprised.
Would THAT be an act of war if it interfered with the freedom of information surrounding OUR elections?

I'm also thinking back to the DU hack in 2004 on election night...that shut down DU for like a month.
