I'm not a lawyer, but I am guessing thru amendment, so you are probably right on the money about the red states. I am all for Scalia retiring, but not sure he's in any mood to. It sure would be nice if he would though, I'm all for Obama getting the opportunity to appoint to SCOTUS again (I'd really like to see him get a couple more). Re: voter suppression, I was actually thinking in more general terms, as in the intimidation factor (real or perceived). If Koch/Tea Party tries anything, I want them to pay a stern price for that nonsense. Thanks for the comments/disucssion.
