any available N95 masks to the EMT/medical sector. There is essentially no difference in the masks, save the liability clause as I understand. Also, the masks aren't necessarily in sterile packaging. They typically have an exhale valve that is unfiltered, so one might need a secondary mask on top (you see that in many of the photos shown on the news).

Ridiculous. $10 Million for "training" but not for the equipment. ?!?

As an epidemiologist said on NPR yesterday, He knew we'd have a struggle with the science of slowing the spread, but he NEVER though that bureaucratic bungling would be the biggest road block.
