6. There's some speculation that it's due to declining levels of melatonin as we age.

And that taking melatonin could help us fight it off. I’ve started taking it, along with elderberry, zinc, vitamin D, oil of oregano and Asian mushroom supplement, cutting way back on sweets and increasing exercise, sleep and water intake. I have a 95 year old mom to watch out for ❤️
