Not a lawyer ..

In business law the "Uniform Commercial Code" -- one of a set of "uniform acts" that a state agrees to -- makes life much easier for carrying out commerce. States adopt a uniform act (not imposed from feds). Similar mechanism is "interstate compact".

Anyway, my DU friends: how do you see this product taking shape? Permanent or temporary? And what would be the best entity to create, update, manage?
