Given that the GSA's entry point is "ptt.gov," Putin's boyz could already be there just waiting for the Biden team's data input.

I wouldn't trust any of the systems that serve the Executive Branch until the I'd appointed new heads of both Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security to have these systems analyzed and confirmed safe.
