I don't think the Navy would let me command a CV, and I'm a man.

Kidding aside, I'm sure this is a big deal in the service and quite an honor and responsibility for anyone. Ceilings are being broken every day, and they don't get much higher than this. It really wasn't that long ago women were considered bad luck on a warship.

I'll bet her name tag goes all the way across to her sleeve though.
