He served 15 terms in congress and apparently it was common knowledge among his republican colleagues, that he was a Russian asset. Instead of being outraged and shocked, they made jokes about it. If Rohrabacher's close ties to Russia were treated so lightly, I'm sure there are plenty more who just aren't quite so obvious. That fact that so many republicans in DC don't treat this as a major scandal is absolutely alarming.
