and finally realized that there are 2 Committees doing this jointly - and I also learned something new (after looking it up) that the Senate Rules Committee (where Klobuchar is Chair) ALSO deals with the "administrative processes" of Congress itself (the buildings, the office assignments, etc), which I didn't know (I knew they were involved with the Presidential Transition process/activities).
