of no more interstate travel restrictions, sports/entertainment venues going from 10 to 15% capacity with no hard cap and outdoor sports/entertainment venues going to 20% capacity with no hard cap.

Bars and restaurants have been open at half capacity for a couple months now. Retail has been open at half capacity since last summer.
