Republican state attorneys general from Arkansas, Arizona, Indiana, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Utah joined the suit.

I knew Montana would be in on it.

Everyone needs to keep an eye on the Montana crew, only Tester is a Dem and he is against the decision on the KXL. Tester believes the lie about jobs, the issue is that Montana based it's tax structure around the extractive industries and it shows. Especially now.
