So, it seems like the citizens of PR have voted for it -- and very recently.

I don't care if both Senators aren't dems, it is absolutely ridiculous that Puerto Rico which has over 3 million people and would be the 31st most populated state does not get full representation while Wyoming, ND, SD, and Alaska with a smaller TOTAL population get 8 senators.
