3. I often wonder how any trial of this magnitude can be considered to have a neutral venue.

The entire country is going to be hearing about this trial. It's like the Zimmerman, Simpson and Casey Anthony trials all put together. I'd compare it to Rodney King but with more television, more attention, and bigger risks.
