I never said James hasn't subpoenaed anyone, you just proved my point they have been clear who has been under oath..cuomo's aides....and NO mention of boylan Bennett etc being under oath. Thank you for proving my point and deep sixing yours, you did a better job of shooting yourself in the foot than I could...thank you for proving me right and you wrong...and you keep calling the impeachment inquiry a sham..but they only refused to cooperate and called it a sham themselves after heastie said he would require THEM to also appear under oath...you still have haven't explained why they are afraid of going under oath..and why are they fraternizing with each other, deposed witnesses aren't supposed to communicate with each other let along discuss things over Twitter...more bad optics..if they were serious they'd file charges...so they won't file charges and won't testify under oath...what's the point of all this then? I am looking fwd to the impeachment inquiry subpoenaing boylan and co and them refusing..in fact I look fwd to Ag James putting them under oath and watching them try to wiggle out of it...again if they aren't filing charges this is all for nothing
