or worked (in TX would be their answer) and thus, make their hiring decision, into probably not a good decision for the job seeker.

Also, I suspect that this infringes upon the first amendment rights of people (limiting what people can say, what people can ask) but I don't know. HIV status at one time was handled like this, I thought, so a touchy area.

But I would be pissed off at the TX governor, and others, who seem hellbent on getting the rest of the Country sick too.
