17. The cop got pissed that the soldier did not pull over immediately but drove for almost 2 minutes.

The soldier, like many people, wanted to pull over in a well lighted, safe area, so he drove to a gas atation.

The cop thought he was evading a stop. But as soon as he pulled him over the soldier's innocent ntent would have been apparent, particularly since the soldier drove withing the speed limit to the gas station.

Looks like the cop just got pissed that the soldier did not obey his orders fast enough for his ego.
