Think underage or forced exploitation of (often immigrants) across state or international lines and often incorporating enforced sexual slavery. Does this sound the same to you? Not to mention there are Federal laws involved.

Really? Do you equate sex trafficking as no different from all forms of prostitution? Do you really believe all sex work is both consensual and a conscious, willing CHOICE? Vance is going after the latter in terms of reform. The question is, how does he continue to address that which is not?
