Seemed like the kid was not "resisting" that heavily if at all at first, seemed like he did not want to take his hand out of his pocket - I guess? It's really is hard to understand what is going on, he is not brandishing a weapon though from what I could see. Then it seemed the officer reached in and made the gun go off, no? Seemed to me like the police officers escalated the situation. I will admit if I knew the kid had a gun I would want to get it out if his possession, but sometimes rushing in to take something from someone can result in bad circumstances, where a calmer approach would result in not as bad circumstances!
They ALWAYS seem to ESCALATE the situation, and here looks like the situation was "in control" and they decided that was not working for them.
Also, they treat the other kid who was in the restroom like a damn criminal, should they have not had tried to clear out the restroom first thing? The innocent bystander kid puts his hands up and sits down and they are continually yelling at him in a threatening manner, like in a split second they may make the split second decision to shoot him, thank goodness he did not have his back to them and turn too quickly, with his non-gun possessing hands up!
Did the other officers not have body cams, if so where is that footage? Seemed like all shots were initiated by the officers, one possibly from the officer trying to get to a gun in the kids pocket and the other to shoot the kid.
Always escalating, and all it does is place them in more danger, then they always say they were in danger, and that is why they shoot. Almost seems like a tactic?
