At least a for-real psychologist or psychiatrist would know to set up a watch system for problems that might be developing. Example: child porn on the computer is almost always a precursor to engaging in some type of pedophilic act. If a family member in the watch system were to notice a lot of time spent on the computer, this could be a tip off that the person is in need of some further counseling.
