9. McCloskey is still stupid

McCloskey goes and buys a replacement AR15, after having to give up by judicial order, the one he used against marchers on his street. There is nothing stopping him from doing that. What it does do, is show him prominently thumbing his nose at a judicial order. For someone who still has a judicial sanction review over his actions, I would call him pretty stupid to jeopardize his ability to practice law for a photo op. Talk about someone shooting themselves in the foot.
