26. I haven't seen any reports suggesting that a vaccinated employee was infected.

Out of six people in the IT office, five got infected, and 2 of those died (the rest are in the hospital). One more employee (not in the IT department) also got infected and is in the hospital. The only one not infected was the vaccinated employee.
