Last year. Nothing stopped me from going outside into the commons/grassy areas. People still had to walk their dogs, etc. You put in a mask and you stayed six feet, or more, away from everyone else.

Again, these shelter-in-place orders are to keep people from confined places, like stores, gyms, theaters, or crowded public places like the beach, etc. They aren’t keeping you from going outside your house or apartment.
