Johnson would use his size and intimidation factor (he was nearly 6' 4" and around 200 pounds) as part of his way to push people (and it didn't always work anyway). Biden, both in terms of personality and physical stature, is simply not like LBJ (Joe is around 5'11" and 180 pounds).
Moreover, LBJ was pushing on men. It is not in Biden's DNA to "bully" or "threaten" a woman, particularly one who is only 5'4".
The reality is that Biden has next to no leverage over Sinema.
