What charge do you believe the prosecutor should have used instead? Do you believe the prosecutor has enough evidence to get a conviction of some other more serious charge? If so, what's the evidence?

Or, could it be that the prosecutor is making decisions based on the actual evidence at hand (as they are supposed to do)?

These calls for "life in prison" and "off with their heads" are ridiculous. Revenge is not justice.
