4. Nice thought on CA's part but what of women who can't afford to travel for an abortion?

My concern remains, whether state or federal action (or inaction) bans or severely restricts abortions, we'll just roll back to the bad old days that I grew up in where there were abortion purveyors, many not even medically trained, performing back alley procedures. And women suffered and died. Not to mention the stress, stigma, lack of support, legal consequences and all the rest that will go with that if they can't afford to go to CA but still want an abortion. On this issue alone, I am constantly amazed on the number of women who can support GOP candidates.
