What's still up there? Whatever it is, yesterday it had an altitude of 65 to 70 miles. Today, its altitude is 26 or 27 miles. Whatever is left is deteriorating quickly.

This is for something launched last week, the IPM 3/PERSEY. This has to be something other than the doomed rocket.
