But my original remark stands about where the hell did an 18 year old with a fast-food job,get the $$$ (other than perhaps magically having a credit card or cards that I would think would have been maxed after that, although perhaps some of the money and/or the card could have been his grandmother's, which seems more likely).

I heard on the radio this morning that one of the tip-over points may have been an argument that he had with his grandmother about a cell phone bill and that is when he shot her and headed out.
