That way I know if I have a bill due to be delivered like I did today, and I could go ahead and delay my trip to the post office a bit to get that in and go ahead and mail it with the rest of the bills I mailed today!
They have actually had some images of some of the larger-than-standard-size postcard size mailers - like some the election material (although not the full size ones).
