I remember watching movies where the Nazis were always saying "Show me your papers", how is this different ?

As if credit card transactions, plane manifests & non-Real ID's can't be used for that purpose too?

BTW, you can use a US Passport in lieu of Real ID. I've been doing this for 4/5 years now.

If you have a passport you don't need a Real ID. Even though I have a passport, I ended up getting
