The goal of the lawsuit is to get to discovery where it becomes apparent that Disney management has a group think attitude towards a specific political position (in this case a liberal one that attempts to be more inclusive and accommodating). That combined with the backlash towards the approaches taken that seem to single out straight white men as the only (or primary) privileged group that further forms a narrative that Disney isn't interested in that group for its products and services.
I don't see much of a case her for her, but that isn't the goal.
