in mind, though: the existence(or lack) of the filibuster is serious business. If the nuclear option is activated now, it will also apply to any future congress, where Dems are in the Senate minority and will not then have the option to filibuster and block nominations. That WILL happen some day. So, this is not a move to be taken lightly.
